The physics department will be hosting an after-exam lunch to celebrate the completion of a busy academic year. Staff from the physics department will also be there to share some tips on securing good employment.

Our CNY steamboat is one of the year’s highlights for physics majors. Join us for a time of laughter and celebration as we get to know each other better and become a little closer to reaching a spherical approximation by the end of the dinner 😋 You can try your hand at some calligraphy too!

Science Day is an annual event where Science students experience the vibrancy of university life, while gaining exposure to the different fields of Science at the same time.

Our booth will be featuring Frozone from The Incredibles. Come down to outside LT27 and help Frozone find his super suit, for the greater good.

Hey Physics Majors!

Do you want to have a say in what this year’s Physics T-Shirt will look like? Do you have some talent in design? Take part in our Physics T-Shirt design contest!

Deadline for submissions is 7th September. After that, the best designs will be shortlisted and the physics cohort will vote on their favourite to be this year’s NUS Physics Shirt! The winner will get a $20 reward and a shirt of the winning design!

One of the great things about living in Singapore is the opportunity to take part in so many different religious and cultural festivals – Hari Raya Haji is just one of them!

What's better than enjoying the lovely public holiday? Celebrating it together with your friends! Bring along your friends and come down to our Hari Raya dinner next Tuesday.

It will be a fun and exciting evening with abundant food and engaging interactions between Physics students from various countries! All Physics staff and students (both exchange and local) are cordially invited!

Hello freshmen! Are you're still feeling lost, or do want to find out more about the opportunities that Physics can offer you? Head down to our senior-freshman briefing!

You will get a chance to interact with staff from the physics department, as well as seniors who have had at least 1 year of experience with the NUS Physics curriculum under their belt!

And the best part - There's free food! Our Physics staff and seniors are very eager to share with you about your next 4 years in NUS and would love to answer any questions you might have for them. We hope to see you there!
