Charge distribution in cell model This routine gives the integration constants A and B pertaining to the solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann for a cylidrical polyelectrolyte without salt, i.e. counterions only, in the cell model. The theory is covered in the in section 3.3.2 of the book. Polyelectrolytes in excess salt This routine determines the effective number of charges per unit length for a polyion in excess monovalent salt. Therefore it solves the nonlinear Poisson-Boltzmann equation numerically. |
