The SCMC minor is offered by the Physics Department at the Faculty of Science with the participation from the School of Computing (SoC). All the SCC modules are offered by the Physics Department, and the two IT modules by the SoC.

To facilitate a smooth implementation, the following provisions have been arranged for the transitional CPA students:

· IT1001 can be used to replace CP1301 (Introductory module on computing)
· SCC1303 can be used to replace CP2313 (Multimedia)
· SCC2301 can be used to replace CP2314 (Financial Applications)
· SCC2302 can be used to replace CP3312 (Programming)
· SCC3303 can be used to replace CP3311 (Computer Aided Design)
· SCC modules can be used to fulfill the CPA minor.
